A Eulogy

In a eulogy

we choose words for the dead and beloved

So today we reminisce the moments

In which she lived

In which she smiled

When she cut her 15th birthday cake

When she came first in the beanbag race

When her father kissed her on the forehead everyday

Unfortunately she is breathing yet

she’s dead

She was murdered the night he creeped in her soul

The night he turned deaf and couldn’t hear the whimpering and the NO’S

That’s the night she unleashed her soul

She still breathes

Still gets stared

Still screams and yearns for her soul to come back

Hence she prays in those four walls
